I try to wear sneakers mostly, have used gel inserts which help a little. Anyone tried the Masai shoes or anything different?

    Never mind your shoes, I had accupuncture and it worked a miracle!

    I had not heard that shoes could relieve sciatica pain.I used acupuncture to help me.if nothing else works,try acupuncture.Good luck!!
