Where I work my uniform consists of black skinny jeans and black shoes (not sandals or heals). I can’t seem to find a pair that look good with the jeans. Any suggestions as to what kind and where I can find them?

Ballet Flats, Canvas Flats, or Converse. Depends on the type of job you have, but I think those three might work well.

ballet flats. try a brand like franco sarto to be more formal/elegant. also, a nice pair of ankle boots (without heels) should do the trick.

stillettos, some kind of wedge or even flats

Flats look great with skinny jeans if you are stick-thin, or if you are wearing a long blouse that covers your butt. If your shirt ends at your waist or hips and you have curves like a normal person, then the flats might look awkward. Try some tall boots to balance out the proportions. There are lots of comfy ones out there that are in style right now. Heels would look great too, but that might not be comfy for work if you’re on your feet a lot. You could also try some sneakers if it’s more casual- like chuck taylors, converse, puma’s or something.

What everyone else is saying, flats would definitely look nice. Shoes with a form similar to Converses would also work well.

Try avoiding big puffy shoes like DCs, they make your feet look abnormally large and deformed. lol
