I started spinning a few months ago and have decided I love it so much I want to get shoes.

What brand or model of spinning shoes do you recommend?

I’m not a spinner, but I hear that people that get serious into it bring their own pedals and use shoes that go along with the pedals. Bing, bang, boom switch out the pedals and go as hard as you can. Go for it!

All spinning bikes use SPD pedals. I use mountain bike shoes with recessed cleats so I can walk easily when not spinning. You can order the shoes online, but I think it is a better idea to buy them at a local bike store so you can try them on. You will have to buy the shoes separately and then buy the SPD cleats. The mechanics at the bike shop should be able to install the cleats quickly if you don’t feel comfortable doing it yourself. I use my old AXO mountain biking shoes which I love but unfortunately, that company is no longer making mountain biking shoes.
