I work at a Chinese restaurant and I’m always running back and forth in order to keep the customers happy. My feet are sore and sometimes the pain shoots up my legs. Is their a good brand or type of tennis shoes that can give me the proper support in order to minimize the soreness?

Why don’t you go to a shop that sells nursing clothes? The shoes we wear are made for running up and down halls all day long. They aren’t all those old clunky looking white shoes anymore. They come in all kinds of colors and styles these days.

Nurses shoes or diabetic shoes. The nurses ones are probably cheaper though. Good luck!

what the first two people who answered are good options…if you want to go for a tennis shoe, make sure you have plenty of support in it…my dad made inserts for my shoes because I didn’t have enough support and my feet would kill after working (I’m not a waitress, but I work at a customer service counter at a grocery store, still lots of walking/running around)…and having that extra support really helps..I dont know what you have in your town/city but here we have an orthopedic clinic that sold shoes, they would fit you with the right shoe, etc.
good luck finding something that works…

I have not found any better ones than those the nurses use. - Some McDonalds also REQUIRE specific ones that reach the same standards.
