I just got a job and my feet hurt from standing for 12 hours.

It is a factory where you work with hot plastic molds and it is around 120 and the shoes need to take a lot of pressure from moving fast in the heat.

I would either try New Balance or Dr. Schouls.

SAS shoes are great for standing, nurses shoes are good also, and Redwing shoes are great also.

I found changing shoes a couple times a day seemed to help me! I didn’t work in that sort of heat, but have worked where I stood all the time!

No matter what kind of shoes you wear. If you’re not accustomed to standing in heat for long periods, you’re feet will hurt. It will take time to get used to it (maybe 6 months or more). However, there are shoes that will make it more bearable than others. Get something with good arch support, spongy soles and that allows air to flow through, light weight for ease of movement. Also, you may want to keep 2 pair, change half way through your shift. Reason being, the soles over time become compacted from supporting your weight (the heavier you are the quicker).

I had to use boots with a little rock salt to save my feet when on a 12 hr shift in a die cast factory.
