What are some good shoes for standing all day in?

I stand in the same place for 10 hours straight everyday and my shoes aren’t cutting it. Are skateboarding shoes good for standing all day, because they seem the most comfy, please help.

    I always wear Chucks (Chuck Taylor all-star high top converse) with Dr.Scholl’s shoe inserts, and they are soooo comfy! Skateboarding shoes might be okay because they are pretty cushioned but I don’t think theres much support in those is there? If thats all you have I would go with those.
