What are some comfortable shoes for business casual?

Check at Easy Spirit. They have some really cute styles with plenty of cushioning or room for a gel insole. Here’s a link to the categories of shoe they currently offer. I’d start in Dress/Career and also Classics, but the Casual category might also have something to fit your needs.
If you don’t want to stick to flats, here’s a cute style that’s got height to it (a wedge heel) but would be easy to walk in, while still looking professional.
