Quality meaning, shoes having soles that won’t cause me to slip on greasy floors, etc.
Cheap meaning, a price preferably no more than $30.

You should look into Shoes For Crews. They are pretty cheap and can be decent quality for their price. We use them at work and we’ve gone a few years without slip and fall accidents.

I used to work at a restaurant and I would always buy my shoes at Payless Shoe Source. They have some good non-slip shoes that are plain black or plain brown that you could use to work. They are not like all fancy or stylish or anything, but they are plain and just look like regular shoes. You should go check them out. And mine only cost me like $20.

Reebok DMX walking shoes. They are a little more, usually about $40, but the are the most comfortable ever. They usually have non-slip sole designed for the workplace. I used to work at a Reebok, and we always had people who worked in restaurants buying them. Some versions are cheaper as well.

Sketchers, nice and comfy, soft. When testing these shoes make sure they are not rubbing any part of your foot raw. Good question, very important.
