What are some attractive, good quality shoes that I can wear with a dress?

i need to get some black shoes to go with my winter dresses/outfits and i don’t know what type to get.
i was going to by flats, but its getting too cold for those.
i don’t really like high boots, i don’t walk well in heels, and i don’t want sneaker type shoes.
