How long does it take for shoes from basketball bay to come in?

What should I look for? As a single mom, I don’t have unlimited funds. I give her a “clothing allowance” but I retain some control over it and think that $90 on these shoes (which will only be for this show, maybe one more, maybe not) will mean too many other things she can’t have. Also, at a size 9.5, I’m not certain her feet have stopped growing.
Advice?
