What is the difference between Robeez and the Ministar shoes sold at Target?

I previously had the Robeez baby shoes given to me at a baby shower, and I found them at Saks for $35! I know its not that much, but things keep coming up, and I’m on a budget. I love the Robeez shoes, they were the only shoes had I had used that didn’t slip off without those elastic red marks left behind. I have seen shoes similiar to Robeez at target, same structure and look, but I was wondering if they are less quality or is Saks just overpricing it?
