Size 11 womens dress shoes?

I wear 11’s and I can almost never find dress shoes that fit - when I do it’s a very very limited selection and they are usually ugly or painful. I have no problem finding casual shoes in 11’s (particularly tennis shoes), but I struggle so much with dress shoes. Does anybody have advice on stores which carry AFFORDABLE shoes in larger sizes? (I live in a big city so name anything and hopefully we’ll have it!)
I’ve looked at zappos.com before but those are way out of my price range. I really cannot afford to spend more than $50 on a single pair of shoes…
