How can I stop my rubber-soled shoes from squeaking when I walk?

I just got these new shoes, and they’re completely made out of rubber. I had to get a half size bigger than what my feet actually are, because they were out of my size. I would like to wear these shoes without socks, but when I walk, the bottom of my foot rubs against the sole of my shoe and it sort of makes this creaking sound. How can I prevent this?

Today will be my third day of being a banquet server. It’s more walking than what a waitress would do because I don’t stop to take orders or stop to wait for food.
