What are good shoes to pair with printed tights?

Like spider web or flower printed black tights under say a skirt or shorts,
What would be cute shoes to use with them, no converse
I was thinking marry janes maybe, or boots (But i wear boots all the time :/ )
No heels
I cant wear heels to school its not practical and it will look like im trying to hard

The dress is knee length and a very deep green, and the shoes are a sort of gold-ish tan t-strap metallic heel. They don’t look great with black tights, but that seems to be the best option right now unless someone helps me think of something else or I choose different shoes. Not sure which route to go!

It is above knee-length. I don’t know what you would call the pattern - maybe speckled. But, I’d say it’s about 50/50 black and white. I’m thinking black shoes. But, I believe black pantyhose or tights would be too harsh. What color would be best?
I would say it’s a feminine dress (aren’t all dresses feminine?). It’s more dressy than casual.
