What color socks/shoes and shirt should I wear with navy blue pants?

For mine, they have to be all black and the heel at a maximum can be 2 “. They also have to be worn with black socks that are almost to the knee or tights, and a kilt and blazer. I’m just not sure what type of shoes to get. Flats? Heels? Links to pictures would also be very appreciated.
