I don’t live in Alberta, Canada, so I really don’t know. I would advise you to check on local sources that do repair-work in footware. Also, check your “Yellow Pages” phone book (I’m presuming that they have those in Canada too) & check online listings. Do you remember the store where you bought them from? They may be able to help you. “Mephisto” may have a Web-site with further information regarding repair of your shoes. dawnofrabbits
