I just got calluse from my shoes on the back of my heel. What can I do to get rid of it?

Pumus stone with one of those cheese grater looking things on it. Scrub away!
It’s spelled pumice stone, BTW, but a good idea. There is another thing that exists, it looks like a small paddle, kind of covered in a gentle sandpaper or nail file material. Whatever you use, use it in the shower after the hot water has softened it up. Also, keep putting lotion on it.
