How would I recover bottom of my feet from the shoes that makes blisters?
Buket D asked:
So i have this handball shoes, and last week i’ve had 2 hours of practice. When i took my shoes off i saw that the big blister on my middle bottom of my feet, popped. and it looked like a skinless abrassion. I have another practice coming up and tournaments. what should i do with my shoes and with my feet without changing my shoes? Because they are the appropriate shoes for handball.

Blisters are inevitable when it comes to playing sports that require a lot of quick changes in direction. I play basketball, so I’ve dealt with this before. Try wearing two pairs of socks on your feet when you go to practice. You’ll still get some blisters, but they won’t be nearly as bad (and not hurt so much). After a couple of weeks, the skin will toughen, and you won’t get blisters anymore as long as you keep wearing two pairs of socks. Also, try not to pick at or pop your blisters that you already have. That will only make it hurt worse (because it exposes the deeper layers of skin to more rubbing).
