Throw them in the washing machine and dryer.
Put Odor Eater insoles in them.
Put foot odor powder in them.
Air them out.
Buy leather, breathable shoes and not plastic.
Have several pairs of shoes and rotate them so you don’t wear the same pair everyday.
Wash your feet and sand off your callouses. lisaravana
Be sure you keep your toenails clean at all times. Before wearing socks be sure to dry it first. Expose your shoes under the heat of the sun to eliminate the odor. You can also put foot powder on your feet, socks, and shoes. deinna
Sprinkle baking soda inside the shoe. Make sure that it gets down into the toe area. Leave it overnight and they should be smell free, if not leave for another 24 hours. Tip the baking soda out of the shoes before you put them on. bear
This is a simple to use method of removing shoe odors, just sprinkle Baking soda in shoes and put a crumpled up newspaper in them, leave overnight then empty out baking soda and take out newspaper the next morining or when needed and your shoes will smell clean and fresh, you can do this method everyday if you prefer
Or you can just add a Fabric softner dryer sheet to your shoes overnight and remove in the morning but this method is not as effective as the baking soda method but you can use this between the baking soda treatments when shoes are not as odorous
Also you can sprinkle some Baking soda in your shoes while wearing to help keep them from smelling instead of talcum powder or baby powder and it is non toxic than talcum powder or baby powders even will help keep your feet cooler which is why your feet are sweating and causing the odor
One cup of White Vinegar in a foot basin and soak for a while until the hottest water you can stand is cold will help seal your feet and your feet will not sweat as much and it will also kill the bacteria which is why you have foot odor, it is kind of like a an embalming fluid for your feet, they do this for people that have profuse sweating problems to help seal the pores in your feet an ingenious idea and will not hurt your skin and will actually make your feet very soft and clean and it even invigorates them when they are tired and sore Good Luck ! mshonnie
You could spray Febreze inside your shoes and let them sit overnight. Just a light spray so as not to cause damage.

wear cotton socks in them, and if you can (like if they’re made out of fake leather or fabric), put them in the washing machine (gentle cycle!) nsp_fan92

Sprinkle the insides of the shoes liberally with bicarbonate or baking soda. Leave overnight, and shake out before wearing again.
Step Three
Spray shoes daily with disinfectants and deodorizers specially designed for foot odor problems.
Step Four
Apply foot powder specially designed for foot odor problems to feet and/or shoes daily.
Tips & Warnings
* Look for products that absorb and combat odor-causing bacteria. A product that simply masks the odor only compounds the problem.

Removing Shoe Odors with Baking Soda
Baking Soda Option#1
After you are done wearing stinky tennis shoes, put a sachet of baking soda inside the shoes to help absorb odors until you’re ready to wear them again. Wrap some baking soda up in a small piece of cloth and tie it up with ribbon or string. You’ll have your own homemade sachet to use in your shoes.
Sachet Variation
Fill the toe of a sock with baking soda and tie it off. Leave this Sock Sachet in your shoes overnight to absorb odors.
Baking Soda Option #2
Sprinkle a layer of baking soda directly into your shoes to sit overnight. In the morning tap the baking soda out before wearing. Be careful about using baking soda in leather and suede shoes. A buildup of baking soda can cause shoes to become more brittle. Use the sachets described above in shoes you may have concerns about.
Benefits of Baking Soda and Shoe Odors
Using baking soda to remove shoe odors can reduce sensitive skin reactions with other odor removal products. It will also remove odors without adding other fragrances that linger and mingle with your shoes.
