I recently bought a pair of track shoes. Asics Turbo Phantom
My running shoes are size 5 so i bought the track shoes in size 5 too.
They are kind of tight but i can still move my toes a little.
I’m planning on doing the 800m and 400m.
Should i get a 1/2 size larger? Or is it suppose to be tight?

not too tight that your toes hurt within the first 20 or so minutes you’ve ran/jogged in them.
but not too big that you’re carrying your shoe, it should be hugging your foot. Galaxy

as tight as a vigins pu—– jack

they should fit like a glove, that is, they do not slip around when you run.
they should not hurt, but they are not going to feel like other shoes.
the size depends on the brand, some might be the same as your regular shoes and some might be 1/2 size larger.
This is something you must work out for yourself, no one can tell you how they feel.
But, if they hurt they are too small. lestermount
