Go to the calculate postage link and put in the neccessary information. You can ( and should) buy your postage online which is easy and saves you some money. It will print out the customs forms for you to sign (though sometimes it does and electronic signature ) You keep the 4th page and pages 1-3 go with the package. All you will then need to do is pack up the shoes and go to the post office to drop it off. You will need to ask them for a plastic sleeve for the customs froms to attach to the package.
