What type of shoes do you wear at an interview for a server or Waitress position?
I see the people that work there wearing black sneakers. Would black sneakers be ok for the interview. Does it have to be dress shoes?

Hi. I work for a restaurant and am on my feet for 12 plus hours some days. My feet hurt after shifts and it even causes sorenes in my calves, back, etc…
What is the best shoe, shoe company,or insole out there on the market that can minimize my pain the most? Also, I am willing to pay the extra money for a great pair of shoes AND add additional insoles for more comfort.
What would be the best thing to buy and what stores can I find them at? Any help would be appreciated!

Today will be my third day of being a banquet server. It’s more walking than what a waitress would do because I don’t stop to take orders or stop to wait for food. I’m just back and forth serving drinks and cleaning up tables non stop. What are the best shoes or the best shoe inserts? By the middle of my shift my feet hurt so bad that they start to itch. I’m assuming buying a half size bigger will help a lot to make room for my feet swelling.

i just got a job working in a resturant. i’m going to need all black skid/slip resistant shoes. i want shoes that will not only be comfotable but somewhat nice looking. i know what i don’t have to “look good” at work, but i’d like shoes that i can wear other places as well.
do you know any good places to shop for inexspensive work shoes?

So yeah, i’m on my feet 5-8 hours a day during the summer at my summer job. What shoes would be most comfortable and supportive to wear? I have a wide foot.
Also, I’ve had the same summer job for almost 3 summers, and I’m applying for a new one. What’s the best way to quit my old one? Note? Call?

I’ve recently been employed by mcdonalds and haven’t been to orientation yet. Just like to know what type of leather shoes would they be expecting?
Would the leather shoes I wear to go to high school (in Australia) be fine or do I need those leather shoes we use in school formals etc?

Does this mean I need to wear those formal leather shoes as they a polishable?
