What type of shoes should i wear with my outfit for the school’s speech ?

I’m 17 years old and i’m planning to wear an knee length cream colored pencil skirt with an pink button up shirt. I was thinking of wearing an stiletto pump or a stiletto sandal heel but i don’t know which shoes is best for this type of outfit ? Do you think pumps or a sandal heel would look good with my outfit ? What color should the shoes be to match my outfit ? Could anyone please help me out ?

I have a bunch of old shoes that are way to worn out to give to Goodwill or a charity, but I hate just throwing them out. Is there any group out there that takes them and recycles the parts or something like that?
