not very likely- most of those places are as big as a closet and probably don’t have the equipment for making shoes.
The closest thing may be if you brought in a pair you like but have certain key things changed, like a different heel, different color stitching or add/change/remove straps or hardware.
I once had custom shoes made. It was quite an ordeal. First the shoemaker had to go to get me a shoe form. It was basically a plastic foot which had the toe shape I was looking for (I could choose between hundreds of shapes- square, pointy, oval and anything in between). Then the heel height was determined as well as taking into account the exact length and width of my foot. This info was punched into a kepyad on a machine and this machine carved my two foot forms out of plastic. Then the shoemaker took those forms back to his shop where we chose the material, hardware, heel and the leather for the sole. Then the shoemaker proceeded to lay strips of masking tape over the shoe forms. He asked me how low I would like the shoe to be cut in front, how high up on the sides, etc. Where would I like the strap to be placed in back- etc. He drew these lines and cut away with a scalpel. This gave him the pattern for my shoe upper.Then he applied that to the shoe material and covered the heel with the same. As you can see it is a very involved process. Plus some custom shoemakers actually go into more detail than this- they may map your entire foot for all lumps, bumps and contours so your fit is truly unique. This can cost thousands. My custom shoes were not that much, but it was done by a friend of the family as a favor to me. Terrible Mess

they sell old shoes from 2003 or even 1998 they sell between
5-10 dollars
they cant make shoes because they just dont got the equiment a factory would have lil_david2short
